INTERNET EXPLORER 10/11 MEMBER PORTAL COMPATIBILITY
INTERNET EXPLORER 11 CONCUR COMPATIBILITY
If you are using Internet Explorer 10 or 11, you will experience a compatibility issue with the ACICS member portal. Until the system is upgraded to accept IE 10 and 11, you may use Internet Explorer 10 or 11 in compatibility view or login using Internet Explorer 9 or below. ACICS helpdesk is available to assist with the compatibility view option (eBiz@acics.org).
Internet Explorer 11 is not yet a supported browser with Concur. Concur's development team is currently working on fixing the issue with this browser. Until the issue is resolved, individuals logging in to access Concur may use Internet Explorer 10 in compatibility view or login using Internet Explorer 9 or below.
